Return

The customer has the right to return goods within 14 days from receiving the goods (excluding custom-made products).

The right of withdrawal does not apply to buyers who are legal entities.

The right to return goods purchased from the online store is equivalent to the right to inspect products in regular stores, i.e., returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging, the value of the goods must not be diminished, and the withdrawal notice must be sent to Autotäht OÜ in writing to the email address info@autotaht.ee or to the operational address of Autotäht OÜ within the deadline (i.e., 14 days).

Autotäht OÜ has the right to submit a claim for damages to the Customer if the product is damaged upon return. The prepayment for a canceled order (excluding the cost of return shipping) will be refunded to the Customer's bank account within 5 working days after the returned goods have arrived at the Autotäht OÜ warehouse. All return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in cases where the goods are damaged in a way that could not be detected during external inspection and which did not occur when opening the package, or if the goods do not match the Customer's order (wrong product).

If the Customer loses interest in purchasing the product due to an extended delivery time, the Customer has the right to cancel their order by sending a corresponding statement to info@autotaht.ee. The Customer does not have the right to withdraw from products that have been specially ordered for them. The prepayment made by the Customer will be refunded within 14 days after the Customer submits the respective statement.

A custom order is considered to be a product specially ordered from the manufacturer for the Customer based on the Customer's specific request and which is not part of Autotäht OÜ's regular assortment.

A wholesale order placed after approval by the Customer is also considered a custom order.

Autotäht OÜ reserves the right to cancel the Customer's order if:

  1. the ordered goods are out of stock at the supplier and the Customer does not agree to a replacement product offered by Autotäht OÜ;
  2. no prepayment has been received to the Autotäht OÜ account to process the order.
